My Sunday Photo: some much-needed fresh air

We’ve been in a bit of a post-Christmas funk lately. I imagine we’re far from alone in that – nobody really knows what to do with themselves between Christmas and New Year.

So, yesterday, we decided to get out and about. We had been slouching around the house long enough and got out for some much-needed fresh air.

We always enjoy a walk along Eastbourne seafront, so headed straight there. Inevitably, the kids wanted to throw stones in the sea.

Luckily there were no low-flying seagulls or their fresh-air fun would have been somewhat limited!

Great photo, I can’t think of a nicer way to get some fresh air after the Christmas slump.

Ahh! I think we need some fresh air. The beach looks like the perfect place to get some!

I know what you mean we need some fresh air too.

Haven’t visited Eastbourne beach for ages.

    Have a Happy New Year.

Theres nothing better than a brisk walk along the beach during the winter. My boys love to throw stones in to the ocean at the waves
