There’s nothing quite like a T-shirt when it comes to expressing yourself. I can’t be alone in owning a disproportionate number compared to other clothes. On the last count, I had two drawers crammed full of them as well as a large pile in the airing cupboard.
While all garments give people clues as to who we are, it’s T-shirts that really spell it out. The slogans are mini statements while imagery can tell us a lot too. From what makes us tick and who we idolise right through to our political leanings.
Among mine, for example, are designs that show my love of iconic films, football and music as well as some that hint that I like a drink or two and have no time for right-wing politics.
The team at Spreadshirt clearly have a strong affinity for T-shirts too. Founded in 2002, it has become one of the world’s leading websites for on-demand printing of clothing and accessories. And it’s easy to see why.
The site enables shoppers to personalise their own T-shirts, hoodies, bags, hats and plenty more besides. If you prefer, of course, there are plenty of existing designs to choose from.
What I really like about these is that they are from a community of artists rather than two or three people. T-shirt design 2.0 if you will. This allows for so much more creativity and I found several designs I would happily wear.
They also have several official brands up their sleeves – sorry, couldn’t resist – including Rubik’s Cube, Asterix and Animal Planet.
Here’s your chance to win a best-selling T-shirt of your choice from the Spreadshirt range. You can use as many of the entry methods in the Rafflecopter widget below as you like. Good luck!
